A note on editorial independence

Paid listings do not buy editorial coverage.

Latitude's buyer guides, market reports and reviews are written independently of the directory. Premium status improves a firm's placement and unlocks richer profile features. It does not influence which firms we mention or how we describe them.

Common questions

What does the Premium launch rate include?
Every feature listed in the Premium tier at a launch rate of USD 79 per month (or USD 790 per year). As long as your subscription stays active, this price never increases — even when the Premium tier moves to its standard rate of USD 199 per month.
How does the lifetime lock-in work?
If you subscribe to Premium during the launch period, your price is fixed for as long as you remain subscribed without interruption. A 30-day grace period applies to missed payments. Cancelling and resubscribing later forfeits the launch rate.
Can I upgrade from Free to Premium later?
Yes. Claim your profile for free, edit your basics, and upgrade to Premium whenever you are ready. As long as the launch rate is still active when you upgrade, it locks in for life.
How is service-provider pricing different from property-developer pricing?
Service-provider Premium is priced lower because the feature scope is leaner — fewer image slots, no project portfolio, no foreign-quota-tracking infrastructure. Property developers and condominium brands subscribe through a separate plan at USD 99 per month (launch).
Is there a free trial?
The Free tier is open-ended. You can claim a profile and use Free features indefinitely without payment. Premium upgrades begin billing immediately on signup.
What currencies and payment methods do you accept?
Prices are quoted in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe and supports major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Annual invoicing via bank transfer is available on request.
